GRANTS PASS, Ore. -- The Grants Pass Department of Public Safety placed the Grants Pass Fred Meyer on lockdown Saturday night.

According to police, Nathan Tomasini was holding a black umbrella as if he was holding a rifle and ran at Fred Meyer employees and customers, causing them to run for their lives and lockdown the store.

After a brief pursuit Tomasini was taken into custody and stated he was just doing military training in the parking lot.

Tomasini was lodged for disorderly conduct in the second degree, menacing and interfering.
