SALEM, Ore. -- Today Governor Kate Brown will be inaugurated at the state capitol in Salem.
The ceremony will take place at 1:45 p.m. in the House of Representatives. After taking the oath of office, Governor Brown will deliver her inaugural address.
This will also serve as the state of the state address.
