MEDFORD, Ore. -- The Fall Medford Armory Antiques & Vintage Sale Benefiting DOGS For Better LIVES takes place Saturday, October 16 from 10am to 5pm and Sunday, October 17 from 10am to 4pm.

Admission is $6.00 with FREE return and FREE parking.

The Medford Armory is located at 1701 South Pacific Highway in Medford (exit #27 off I-5 North).

Carole Berry with Twin Bridges Antique Production said, "When we held our Fall 2019, Antiques and Vintage Sale benefitting DOGS for better Lives at the Medford Armory, we never imagined that it would be our last Show for at least two years!"

The unprecedented spread of Coronavirus, and the health safety mandates that followed, changed the approach coordinators took to antiquing.

Founded in 1993 by Phyllis Bear of Country Heart Promotions, The Medford Armory Antiques & Vintage Sale features dealers from five states.

Merchandise varies from rare slot machines and gambling related items to Western Americana and American Indian art.

American and European furniture, tools, lighting fixtures, Victorian and American art glass and art pottery, will be featured over the two days. Dealers now sharing their treasures with collectors.

Special services and exhibits will include the Jacksonville Museum Quilters’ Guild, which will decorate the balconies at the Armory with fabulous quilts, quilt displays as well as quilting demonstrations.

Doll Restoration and period costuming can be seen by Linda Lee Sutton.

Siskiyou Lacemakers will display and demonstrate bobbin lace, tatting and needle-lace and the Rogue Valley A’s Car Club will display vintage cars.

The show benefits DOGS for better LIVES, which rescues dogs from shelters along with helping individuals who are deaf or who have hearing loss and with children who are on the autism spectrum.

Volunteers from the Organization will be present at the show, providing information on their unique and important service to dogs and the disabled community. 20% of the proceeds from admissions benefits DOGS for better LIVES.
