Daughter Judith Zulliger says, "She helps me all the time, number one, her memory is better than mine."

Her secrets include:

Elizabeth Taylor says, "Moderation, and diet, and exercise, free of, try to be free of stress."

Elizabeth says she exercises by taking walks around her room, she still cooks her own breakfast, and even while playing bingo, she doesn't stress it, she is just there to soak up the experience.

She officially turns 100 this Friday.
