UPDATE: According to Medford Police, Bobby Shane Charlton was found inside a car on the Airport Chevrolet Buick GMC lot in Medford.
When security confronted him, he drove off the lot and headed towards Central Point on Biddle Rd.
Central Point Police found him on Pine. St. and continued in a pursuit until Upton Rd., where Charlton crashed.
Charlton was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
He is currently being treated for his injuries.
Charlton was cited and released. He is set to appear in court and face charges from both Medford Police and Central Point Police, including unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, criminal mischief, menacing, reckless driving, elude, and resisting arrest.

MEDFORD, Ore. -- A car was stolen early this morning from Airport Chevrolet Buick GMC in Medford.
The stolen car crashed along Upton Rd.
The car has been recovered.
Medford Police are handling the investigation. Newswatch 12 was on the scene of the crash.
