Bull Riders Prepare For Challenge of Champions

23 contestants from across the region will be competing for the title of champion tomorrow night at the Jackson County Fairgrounds.

CENTRAL POINT, Ore.-- Time to dust off your boots and hats-- the rodeo is back in town.

The Coastal Farm & Ranch Challenge of Champions Tour presented by Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Medford Superstore is having its bull riding tour finale Saturday night.

NewsWatch 12's Eliana Sheriff went to the chute to give us the scoop.

23 bull riders are competing for the title of champion during this tour finale.

There are five different stock contractors with their bulls.

Bull riders come from across the region states like California, Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Oregon.

Following the bull riding there will be an after party with live music.

Tickets are 14 dollars in advance, 18 dollars at the door and those five and under get in for free.
