ASHLAND, Ore--- This week the Ashland Senior Center is giving a free presentation to help prepare senior citizens for natural disasters.
The presentation is called "Disaster Preparedness for Seniors" and will take place on Wednesday, June 26, at 1 p.m. It will be held at the Ashland Senior Center at 1699 Homes Ave.

The event is free to attend.
It will present how to be prepared for a local disaster, and what to do when disaster strikes.
You will have a chance to win a "Go Stay Kit." It is a kit that keeps all of your essential items together for an emergency.
The Ashland Senior Center will also be helping seniors get signed up for alert systems and notifications.
