ASHLAND, Ore.- Today Acupuncturist without boundaries fire relief clinic set up shop at the Ashland Hills Hotel to give free acupuncture stress and trauma relief treatment to wildfire victims.
The services included acupuncture in the ear, with five needles in each ear, and someone able to play the Tibetan bowls, which help give off vibrations for relaxing. The combined effort will help give off stress from the central nervous system in our bodies.
With new safety precautions, people looking for acupuncture services must first receive a temperature check and answer a series of questions.
All services are free and volunteer based. The Acupuncturist without boundaries fire relief clinics have been partnering up with aid and relief centers a couple weeks after the Almeda fire. They hope to continue their free services for the long term.
