ASHLAND, Ore. -- Some of the behind the scenes staff who work for the Oregon Shakespeare Festival are trying to unionize.

On Tuesday, the National Labor Relations Board hears testimony from OSF and the potential union.

This hearing comes after the union and OSF have not been able to agree on a unionization plan.

The NLRB is expected to hear testimonies from both sides and come up with a plan by applying “case law.”
