MEDFORD, Ore. -- NewsWatch 12's Erin Maxson is 'In the Kitchen' with Sherry's Pasta for a look at a Mexican Toss.

 
Mexican Toss Pasta (serves 3-4 adults) 

1-box of Sherry’s Pasta Jalapeno Pasta

1-lb of Salant Family Ranch Hamburger

1- 8oz Tub of By George fromage red pepper and olive cheese

1-8oz Sherry’s Pasta Chimichurri Sauce

1-Large container of Katrina’s Salsa, whichever heat you like.

Garnish with Cilantro

Directions:  Boil water in med sized pot.  In fry pan cook up the burger and add in Chimichurri and simmer till burger is done.

Add pasta to boiling water, stir, and time 1 minute.  Turn off burger, and add Salsa and Cheese, mix well.  Drain Pasta, add to large bowl.  Add burger, mix and toss together. Garnish with chopped cilantro. 

Serve up and eat.
