MEDFORD, Ore. -- NewsWatch 12's Gio Insignares is 'In the Kitchen' with Dustin Myers from The Vine for a look at a gnocchi dish.
-Cook potatoes until soft, drain
-Match flour amount to potatoes, add egg
-Mix until clumpy, then pull and push together with hands
-Roll into logs and chop into pieces
-Roll off each piece on a gnocchi board or use a fork
-Cook in water until the pieces float
-Add herbs and vegetables to butter in a pan over medium heat
-Once finished, add radishes and salt
