MEDFORD, Ore. -- NewsWatch 12's Gio Insignares is 'In the Kitchen' with Denika Voget from Coquette Bakery with a look at a sweet tart dough. 

Cream 9 oz room temperature butter (unsalted)
Add 1 C of sugar, two eggs
Next, add flour
Once finished, add mixture to plastic wrap and flatten into a disc 
Chill overnight or at least a couple of hours
Roll and place pieces into a tart shell 
Freeze and fill with cream and fresh fruit (or pre-bake at 350 degrees)
