Sweet Thai Chili Chicken Wrap
6 x 10" whole wheat flour tortillas
1 lb. Chicken, Diced
1/3 cup Tomatoes, diced
1/3 cup Carrots, shredded
1/3 cup Walla Walla Onion, diced
1/3 cup sliced Jalapenos, pickled
1/4 cup Cilantro
1/2 cup Sweet Thai Chili Sauce
In a bowl, combine tomatoes, onions, carrots, jalapeno and 1/8 cup cilantro. Toss gently to mix.
In another bowl, combine chicken, Thai Sweet Chili Sauce and 1/4 cup cilantro. Chill and let marinate.
Lay out a tortilla wrap, add 1/2 cup chicken mixture, and 1/2 cup vegetable mixture. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce.
Fold like a burrito: gently fold sides in a few inches using your fingertips, then make a pocket by pulling the bottom edge over the top of the filling and pull tight.
