WHITE CITY, Ore. — Thousands of dollars’ worth of equipment has been stolen from a local business, according to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office.
The sheriff’s office says a dump trailer was stolen from Corey Vitus Construction’s storage property in White City.
The sheriff’s office says someone cut a section of fence and rolled the trailer off the property and on to the First Student bus lot. The sheriff’s office says on that same night a school bus was stolen.
The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone with any information to call their tip line at 541-774-8333 or Crime Stoppers of Southern Oregon at 1-800-850-0580.
Crime Stoppers will pay a reward up to $1,000 for information that leads to an arrest in this case or any unsolved criminal activity. Callers can remain anonymous.
