MEDFORD, Ore. – The Jackson County Grand Jury has cleared a White City man of any wrong doing when he shot and killed a man who was trying to force his way into a home back in August.

It happened August 20th on Andrea Way. Multiple 911 calls were received regarding a man acting erratic, trying to force his way into homes, claiming he was being chased by his former gang members.

As the man, identified as Mark Corsbie, tried to force his way into one home, the resident called 911, and after multiple exchanges, shot Corsbie who then stumbled onto the front lawn and collapsed.

The Jackson County District Attorney’s Office says Wednesday afternoon’s grand jury decision clears the homeowner of wrongdoing and closes the case.

Score 1 point for the shooter!!! If we, as Americans (and individuals) do not protect ourselves and our property, who will???? Law enforcement cannot tend to all matters, it is simply not possible.
The jails are full of criminals, because liberals and bleeding hearts want to save everyone, many times from themselves.
If a crime is committed, that person must pay the price. All we ever hear about is how “he was troubled as a young boy, or that he was under the influence of substances. Eye for an eye. Why write laws if we are not going to enforce them..
People must learn that there is a price for criminal activity!!!!
I understand the deceased man may not have been a burglar, but I feel no remorse for his death. This country has to step up and enforce severe/lethal penalties for wrong-doers, or we will be overrun by criminals and gangs.
    Just my 2 cents….
