StormWatch 12 Forecast

Rain, thunderstorms, smoke, and even some snow in the forecast for today. There is a lot going on with our current weather pattern.



Forecast

  • Today:  Shower activity will be more prevalent today. Light and isolated showers will move south through the course of the day. Snow levels will be down to 5,000’ allowing for snow to fall; accumulation not likely. Thunderstorms likely east of the Cascade line into Northern California. Winds 5-25 from the NW with gusts to 35 mph. Best chance for showers will be in the Coastals and Cascades.
  • Tonight:  Showers will wrap up overnight and clouds will once again move over the region. Temperatures will be chilly overnight. Patchy fog will be present along the coast and in some of the higher elevation passes.
  • Tomorrow:  Another round of showers will develop for the southeast portion of the forecast region. From Lake and Klamath Counties into Northern California, rain and thunderstorms will be present, especially in the afternoon hours. Temperatures will run a little warmer.
