A very weak front will bring a few showers the coastal sections and possibly around northern Josephine and Douglas Counties. Jackson County will see some mixed clouds and sunshine, while over the mountains and east of the Cascades, spotty thunderstorms, low humidity and brisk winds will create conditions conducive to fires starts and wildfires.
The zone of low pressure will sit off the Oregon Coastline through Wednesday, then move inland Thursday. Thursday will bring more showers and thundershowers, especially over the Coast, the mountains and the Klamath Basin, but some showers are possible in the Rogue Valley.
Thereafter, sunshine and mild temperatures Friday and Saturday…that will climb to above normal Sunday.
