Victims of AMBER Alert Found in Eugene

IMG-20140220-00032EUGENE, Ore. — The two children and their mother who were part of an AMBER Alert out of Washington state were found safe in Eugene.

Investigators in Mill Creek, Washington say 25-year-old Sajza Henry is diagnosed with several untreated mental health conditions. She’s not allowed to be the sole caretaker of her kids.

Police say she took off with the kids. They then issued an AMBER Alert. FBI Agents found the car Henry was driving in the parking lot of Albertsons on Coburg Road.

Emergency crews took the kids to the hospital. They are safe. The mother drove away from the parking lot. Mill Creek Police say they have not yet discussed what, if any, criminal charges the mother will face.
