Until Oregon stops bringing THUGS to Oregon to put them on sports teams Rape is going to be a by product. This is the norm where the thugs come from and the University knows it. Time for a whole lot of resignations and ending of the THUG ATHELETIC Scholarships. After all the taxpayers of this state are paying for the behavior and its aftermath. This should have been a news conference announcing resignations of University employees.
