The business hired 179 new employees in the area. Managing Partner and Owner Hal Reynolds says they’ve been preparing for weeks, making food and then donating it to local law enforcement.
Saturday, a practice service was held to guests coming with an invitation only. The big day for the public opening is June 17, 2013 at 4 p.m.
“I really hope we are busy. I expect to be busy and I hope the community embraces us,” said Reynolds.
The restaurant crew says they’ve been working to raise money for Jackson County’s CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) organization.
