Taste of Ashland Attracts Crowds

ASHLAND, Ore. — More than 900 tickets were sold for this year’s Taste of Ashland.

Officials say 40% of those purchases were made by residents of distant cities. On Saturday, ticket-holders could visit local art galleries and local wineries. This event works as a fundraiser for the Ashland Art Gallery Association.

“People get to walk around through Ashland walking into the galleries checking out the art and tasting the food and having a great time,” said organizer Jeff Jones.

The event continues through the weekend. It runs from noon to 4 p.m. on Sunday. Tickets are $45.
