GRANTS PASS, Ore.– A young Roseburg man received national recognition for a poem he wrote while serving at the Rogue Valley Youth Correctional Facility in Grants Pass. Youth Correctional Facility Disturbance

GRANTS PASS, Ore. — About a dozen juveniles in a correctional facility took control of a portion of the facility for five hours.
