[UPDATE] Pacific Power confirms power was restored at 8:08 A.M. MEDFORD, Ore. — A downed power line on Hillcrest Rd. and Fairview Dr. in East Medford has knocked out service for more than 1,100 residents. Pacific Power crews have been dispatched and are working on repairs. Restoration is expected by 10:00 A.M.
