Family members of an Oregon soldier killed in Afghanistan said they will remember his upbeat and bubbly outlook on life. Flags At Half-Staff Saturday For Keller

Governor John Kitzhaber has ordered flags lowered to half-staff on Saturday in honor of an Oregon soldier killed in Afghanistan.
