Lawsuit Filed Against Measure 15-119

PORTLAND, Ore.– Two family farms filed a lawsuit against Jackson County’s ban against genetically engineered crops. Measure 15-119 was approved by voters in May. The farms named on the complaint are Schulz Family Farms LLC, and Frink Farms including James and Marilyn Frink, and the Frink Family Trust.
