ASHLAND, Ore. – A psychiatrist accused of sabotaging mountain-biking trails in Ashland no longer works for Jackson County. ASHLAND, Ore. — Police have released the identity of a suspect accused of intentionally putting mountain bike riders in danger. 57-year-old Jackson Dempsey is accused of placing nails, nylon chord and vegetation on multiple Ashland trails this summer, allegedly because he does not like mountain bikers.
