Names Released of Chase Suspects

WHITE CITY, Ore. — Police released the names of the suspects who they said stole a car and then led them on a pursuit late Tuesday night. The Jackson County Sheriff said a deputy spotted a car that matched the description of a stolen vehicle in White City. The deputy said the car took off, leading to a high speed pursuit.

Eventually the car hit a curb and landed in a field south of the Eagle Point Golf Course. the three people inside tried to run, but with little success. All three of them were detained with the assistance of a Police K-9. Officials said they found drugs and paraphernalia inside the car.

Charles Boyd, Brittney Jenkins, and Tyler McCauley are lodged in the Jackson County Jail facing several charges related to drugs, a stolen vehicle, and attempts to elude police.
