High pressure continues to sit over the West this morning. This will be the case through today and tomorrow before a cut off low approaches from the West. At this point, confidence is high that the system is splitting and the bulk of precipitation will stay off to our south.
For holiday travelers, if you’re traveling to Southern California you may run into some showers but even as far south as San Francisco, it seems like conditions will stay dry. North of Portland there will also be showers but here in Southern Oregon and Central & Northern California we’ll stay dry. The only impacts will be cloud cover for both Wednesday & Thursday.
