PORTLAND, Ore. — After an investigation, a woman who was wedged between the wall of two Portland buildings will not be charged with a crime.
30-year-old Anita Mann spent about four hours between the two walls. Detectives looked into a lead that Mann was a graffiti artist trying to deface one of the buildings early Wednesday morning, but there were no marks on the property or paint cans in sight.
They also investigated whether Anita Mann was her real name, which they now know it is. It is still unknown what Mann was doing on the building at 3:45 in the morning.
