Another weak storm system will move into the region today. This will bring mostly cloudy skies and spotty showers later in the day. These showers will be light and will not drop much in measurable rain, if any at all. Snow levels will stay around 4,500′ for the afternoon confining snow to Crater Lake & Diamond Lake.
Another round of showers will develop Friday, but again these will be light and scattered. The weekend will keep the rain mostly to our north, but the clouds will continue to usher into Southern Oregon.
A warming trend will begin on Sunday, despite the cloud cover for the second half of the week. Come Monday, beautiful spring-like weather will move in under high pressure. High temperatures will approach 70 on the East Side & 80 across West Side Valleys. The dry spell will continue through the middle of next week as of right now.
