A cold front will continue to bring showers to the area tonight into tomorrow morning with showers tapering off during the day. A warm front will approach Friday evening bringing showers back to the area as we head into overnight Friday into Saturday morning. Showers with this next system will be light and isolated with most activity impacting the coast and Cascades.
The big story into next week will be the warm up which begins on Saturday! Highs will be close to average on Saturday then jump on Sunday, only continuing to climb into next week. Highs will be anywhere from 10 to 15 degrees above average next week with upper-60s on the east side and mid to upper-70s in west side valleys, I expect some areas may see 80s degrees on Tuesday! As high pressure builds in bringing in the warmer temperatures we’ll also see dry and sunny conditions return as well.
