ASHLAND, Ore. — School is closed for spring break, but Science Works is making sure kids are still learning.
Three spring break camps are going on right now. Employees are teaching kids everything from survivial skills in the wild to the science of sound waves. They say there is still room for second through sixth graders in the camp.
“We’re open 7 days a week during spring break. So if you’ve got a two week spring break, come down cause we’re open everyday of the week from 10 to 5 all through spring break. So, its a great chance to sort of get out and do something maybe you would only do during the weekend,” said Education Manager Summer Brandon.
Registration for summer camp starts mid-April. That camp runs from June 16th to the end of August.
