MEDFORD, Ore. — People from all over the country have made their way to the Jackson County Expo in Medford to experience the Sportsmen’s and Outdoors Recreation Show. The show is sponsored by KDRV NewsWatch 12 and features exhibits and presentations on topics such as fishing, hunting, camping and much more!
Before the show kicked off, a winged guest made its way to a local elementary school. One of the largest flying birds in the world, an Andean Condor, visited Bellview Elementary in Ashland. The condor is part of the “Condor Encounter” presentation that can be seen this weekend.
The Jackson County Sportsmen’s and Outdoors Recreation Show opened at noon on Friday and will run through 9 p.m. It will continue on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Jackson County Expo. For more information visit the Official Website.
