MEDFORD, Ore. — A local brewery got a big delivery and it wasn’t hops or barley. It was new equipment for Southern Oregon Brewing.
The three tanks came from Ninkasi and, within a month, will triple the brewery’s fermentation size enabling them to put out a lot more product.
The brewery needs it because it just recently expanded to markets in Washington and California. The brewer is also working on a few new beers which will debut next year along with some new packaging.
