The Innovative Leadership Program (INL) bring together five different academic disciplines to deliver specific skills and competencies most desired in a college graduate.
“We are sharpening our focus,” says Jeanne Stallman, SOU’s Executive Director for Outreach and Engagement Programs, “particularly our use of the Medford Higher Education Center.”
The program is designed for working professionals who need to finish a Bachelor’s degree and transitions the HEC away from offering programs and courses already available on the Ashland Campus. Prospective students must have some previous college experience prior to entering the program.
Interested candidates can contact Academic Advisor Stacey Derrig, but she urges students to move quickly. “We still have time to get prospective students into one or two classes in Fall term which they may need in order to begin the program in January.”
The INL program launches January 5 with a series of sixteen classes over 21 months. Classwork is both online and face-to-face one evening per week at the RCC-SOU Higher Education Center in Medford. Each class runs for five weeks.
