MEDFORD, Ore. – The Medford Rogues rode the left arm of Mac Acker to a 5-2 win to clinch a sweep over Cowlitz on Monday night. Acker threw eight innings, allowed one earned run and struck out four. Jerad Casper was 2-4 with three RBI’s to lead Medford to its tenth consecutive win at home.

The Rogues also reported a paid attendance of 1,249, which is not only high for a Monday night, but especially a night as smoky as this. The Rogues are on the road for six games as Harry and David Field plays host to the AAA American Legion State Tournament this week.
