Shots Fired At Medford Residence

MEDFORD, Ore. — A Medford man calls police after a bullet flies through his window on Summit Avenue and West Main Street. Officers say, however, the shots were not directed at him.

A resident who lives on the corner of Summit Avenue and W. Main Street reported that a bullet went through the window of his residence. While one person was inside at the time, police say that person was not injured.

Police are looking for two males in a maroon-colored Jeep Cherokee with stock wheels. It is believed, according to witness accounts, that at least one of the males was shooting at another white male walking down the street.

Witnesses told police they saw the male on foot ran from the shooters as he was being fired upon. This victim has not come forward but is described as a white male, nothing further. Police do not know if he is injured.
