Shooting At Texas College Campus

HOUSTON, Texas — An argument between two men on a college campus ended in gun fight and a maintenance man was caught in the middle. It happened at Houston’s Lone Star College.

The campus went on lock down before being evacuated Tuesday afternoon. Two of the injured people are now in police custody.that’s according to Harris County deputy constables who say they have detained at least one person. They are not saying if that person is the suspected shooter.

Investigators are searching for a suspect who fled campus. Lone Star College’s North Harris campus is in the northern part of the Houston metro area. The school’s website says the campus is in lock down and tells students, faculty and staff to shelter in place. The nearby Aldine Independent School District put four nearby schools on lock-down as a precaution.
