Second Counterfeit Suspect Identified

Blue,NimaMEDFORD, Ore. — Medford Police have identified the second suspect in a case of counterfeit money.

Medford Police say the suspect’s name is Nima Blue; he is a white man, height at 6’2”, weighs about 220 lbs, has brown hair and brown eyes, and he’s 24-years-old.

Medford Police say Blue has ties to the Ashland area and also Portland, Oregon but his whereabouts are unknown. Police are trying to locate him regarding this case. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Medford Police Department, 541-770-4783.

Police say the two suspects left behind more than $3,000 worth of counterfeit bills, ranging from twenties to hundreds, when they checked out of the Motel 6 in south Medford on Saturday.

The first suspect, Adam Bennett, was found at a Motel Six on Alba Drive on Sunday. He’s facing several counts of 1st degree forgery and criminal possession of a forged instrument.
