UPDATE: Police said Andrew Caucutt turned himself in on Friday and is now lodged at the Jackson County Jail. The BMW that is associated with this case has not been located and the investigation is continuing.
CENTRAL POINT, Ore. — The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office is currently looking for a man accused of firing a gun at a residence in Central Point on Tuesday.
According to a witness, 24-year-old Andrew Caucutt was riding in the passenger seat of a red, 1993 BMW 3 series, when he pulled out a small caliber handgun and fired it at a residence on he 6000 block of Truax Road in Central Point. The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office said the vehicle then fled the area westbound toward Central Point.
The car has Oregon license plates with the number 385 BSD. It also has chrome rims. Anyone with any information about Caucutt or the vehicle associated should call the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office at 541-774-6800.
