MEDFORD, Ore. – Police are looking for Jose Marcias, who is facing attempted murder charges after a March shooting in Medford. The Jackson County grand jury indited Marcias on six charges, but police have not been able to find him.
The charges stem from a March 27 shooting at the apartment complex at 700 Crater Lake Avenue. When police arrived, they say the shooter and victim were no longer at the scene and the investigation revealed the shooting was gang related.. Involving the Surenos and Nortenos.
