Search For Grants Pass Robbery Suspect

GRANTS PASS, Ore. – Grants Pass Department of Public Safety are searching for a suspect in a robbery of the Crown Market SE N Street on Wednesday night.

Police said the male suspect entered the market asking for cigarettes. During the purchase, the man removed a handgun from his waistband and pointed it at the clerk demanding money from the cash register. After obtaining the money, police said the suspect ran from the store with the undisclosed amount of cash and cigarettes.

Police searched the area with the help of a K-9, but the suspect could not be located. The suspect is described as a white male, in his 20’s, 5’06 to 5’07 in height, and looks to be about 130 to 140 lbs.
