NEAR ASHLAND, Ore. — All lanes of Interstate 5 are now open after a truck rolled over about 10 miles south of Ashland.
OSP said the truck was going too fast and tipped. The top exploded, spilling its cargo onto the interstate. The crash blocked northbound lane of traffic and caused delays for at least 2 hours.
State Troopers said they were not sure the exact condition of the driver, but did not believe he suffered any serious injuries.
