MEDFORD, Ore. — The Medford Rogues overcame long odds to make the West Coast League Playoffs. The Rogues will have to deal with similar odds if they want to keep their season going. Medford lost game one of a best of three series to the Corvallis Knights, 8-6 on Tuesday night. Medford jumped out to an early lead, but the Knights responded with two home runs in the third inning. Trailing 8-3 heading into the ninth, the Rogues rallied and had the go-ahead run at the plate before making the final out.
