Reality Stars Bring in a Crowd

MEDFORD, Ore. — Organizers said Saturday night’s fundraiser to support a local girl fighting a rare tumor disease was a success.

“I feel like they were standing by me to support Madison… and that was just an irreplaceable feeling… I have tears in my eyes talking about it… it was absolutely amazing,” said Kelly Matthews, founder of the non-profit, Tumor Hater.

The numbers are not in, but an estimated 100 plus people attended the valley-wide high school dance party and a meet and greet with Nikki Ferrell and Juan Pablo from ABC’s reality show The Bachelor.

The event was hosted by a local non-profit called Tumor Hater.  Eighty percent of the proceeds from the event go to five-year-old Madison Branaugh and her family.
