Meteorologist Marisa Woloszyn’s Forecast Discussion:
A warm front moved through Tuesday morning bringing some rain across the area. Totals ranged from 0.01-0.10 inches.
The cold front of a low will move through early Wednesday morning bringing rain along the coast, western slopes of the mountains, and the Klamath Basin in the morning. Rain will turn to showers in the afternoon. Breezy conditions are also expected in the mountains and Klamath Basin as the low moves across the area. Wind gust will be around 25 mph.
Another cold front will move through Thursday, dropping the snow line to 3,000 feet. Isolated snow and rain showers will continue Thursday and Friday. Snow accumulation will be around 1-4 inches above 3,000 feet.
The weather for this weekend still remains uncertain, but models are indicating a return to drier and sunnier weather.
