A winter weather advisory will remain in effect for Eastern Klamath & for Lake County through 9am this morning. 2″-4″ is possible throughout the morning. Aside from this, it will be a quiet day across the region with gradually clearing skies. Fog is likely in Northern Josephine County & Southern Douglas.
Thursday & Friday spotty showers will return to the region with snow levels staying around 4,000.’ Most of the shower activity Thursday will hold off until late afternoon, early evening. Overnight, a couple inches of snowfall is likely in the Cascades. Friday, another round of showers will develop.
The weekend will keep clouds around & all locations will be mostly cloudy. Shower activity for Saturday & Sunday right now will be at the Coast and in the Cascades but this may change into the next 48 hours and I may bring showers into the Valley.
High pressure builds back into the West for next week & this will allow for dry weather to return. High temperatures will be pushing 70 in the Basin & climbing well into the 70’s across West Side Valleys.
