MEDFORD, Ore. — Lawmakers are discussing a bill in Salem that could impact Oregon teens.
Senate Bill 275 would require all high school students to be trained in CPR. Medical professionals and students are testifying at the Capitol regarding the bill.
This discussion comes just before the start of Red Cross Month. March is the month where officials encourage everyone to enroll in a CPR class or donate blood.
