ASHLAND, Ore. — Health officials are warning customers of Evo’s Coffee Lounge in Ashland that they may have been exposed to Hepatitis A.

The Jackson County Health Department says one kind of smoothie made at the shop may have contained the recently recalled Organic Antioxidant Blend, produced by Townsend Farms and sold at Costco warehouses in many western states. Click here to read more about the recall.

Officials say if you consumed a “Radically Free” smoothie from Evo’s between May 17 and June 12, 2013, you may have been exposed. According to the owner, no other items sold at Evo’s contained the recalled product. The shop is located on Highway 99, just a few blocks from the Oregon Shakespeare Festival complex.

Hepatitis A vaccine will be available at the Jackson County Health Department at 1005 E. Main Street, Medford beginning Monday, June 17. The health department is open weekdays from 8:30–11:30 am and 1:00-4:00 pm.
