Very inactive weather will continue today and this will allow for a warm afternoon to unfold. Afternoon highs will trend a few degrees warmer than Thursday. Although skies will start off sunny, increasing clouds are likely throughout the day.
A few pop up showers are likely into early evening over Western Siskiyou County and also an isolated thunderstorm or two. I have also included a small chance for an afternoon shower/storm along the Cascades and in the Klamath Basin later today, however most will remain dry.
The weekend is looking dry with mostly sunny mornings and partly/mostly cloudy afternoons. Our next round of showers and storms looks to be on Monday and Tuesday of this next week.
